Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Items returned after the allowed return period
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items where specified

Return Process

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item before shipment.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection
  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through an agreed alternative method coordinated with the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item for verification before arranging a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items depending on product availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
